Factor out the common term \(5\).
\[\frac{5(6y+{z}^{2})}{5{y}^{2}{z}^{3}\times 10}\]
Simplify  \(5{y}^{2}{z}^{3}\times 10\)  to  \(50{y}^{2}{z}^{3}\).
