\[int-(\sin{x})dxddx(\cos{x})dx\]
Regroup terms.
\[int-ddddxxx\sin{x}\cos{x}\]
Simplify  \(ddddxxx\sin{x}\cos{x}\)  to  \({d}^{4}{x}^{3}\sin{x}\cos{x}\).
\[int-{d}^{4}{x}^{3}\sin{x}\cos{x}\]
