Use Multiplication Distributive Property: \({(xy)}^{a}={x}^{a}{y}^{a}\).
\[Expand-{x}^{2}+{5}^{2}{y}^{2}\]
Simplify  \({5}^{2}\)  to  \(25\).
\[Expand-{x}^{2}+25{y}^{2}\]
