\[3{x}^{2}\times 1\times 2{x}^{6}\times {1}^{2}\]
Simplify  \({1}^{2}\)  to  \(1\).
\[3{x}^{2}\times 1\times 2{x}^{6}\times 1\]
Take out the constants.
\[(3\times 2){x}^{2}{x}^{6}\]
Simplify  \(3\times 2\)  to  \(6\).
\[6{x}^{2}{x}^{6}\]
Use Product Rule: \({x}^{a}{x}^{b}={x}^{a+b}\).
\[6{x}^{2+6}\]
Simplify  \(2+6\)  to  \(8\).
\[6{x}^{8}\]
